The Construction Industry Rehabilitation Plan (CIRP) was founded in the mid-1980s in response to a growing need to provide services to men and women in the construction industry with substance use issues. Since its initial inception the program has evolved and expanded, and today our mission is to provide not only the highest quality of mental health and addiction services for these men and women but also services that are grounded in evidence and empirically based practices.
This in-depth service may be available to unionized members of the construction industry in British Columbia. Please consult with your union to determine if you qualify.
